What is SEEKER 2000?

NO RACE !! The SEEKER 2000 format was deliberately designed to be minimalist and very simple. No compulsion and no big event program give our participants the feeling of freedom. We guarantee you maximum fun and the usual professional support in a familiar atmosphere. A fascinating FREE RIDE adventure especially for Classic (young timer) Enduro motorcycles, leads us through the most beautiful sections of the Balkan. We want to celebrate these motorcycles again and we would love to see them in action. The “Seeker Vagabonds” follow the navigation with waypoints through breathtaking landscapes through Bosnia, Montenegro and Serbia. The route runs through 3 countries in a LOOP of approx. 1500km. The start and finish of the event is Konjic (BIH) near Sarajevo. Part of the 6-day motorcycle trip is the overnight stay in various base camps, where each driver is responsible for board and lodging. As close as possible to nature! Participation is only possible with classic enduro motorcycles built up to year 2000!

Location Start / Finish

KONJIC is a small town directly on the blue Neretva and is approx. 60km from the capital Sarajevo located. A beautiful hotel with a park and a large parking lot offers the perfect starting point for our event. Petrol stations, restaurants and shops are within easy to reach. All vehicles can be parked in the secure parking lot until departure.

Route / Terrain

We expect a great mix of mountain roads, gravel roads and forest and meadow paths. Depending on the weather, there can also be muddy sections. Basically there aren’t too many options to reach the given waypoints. In some sections, riders can choose between asphalt and off-road slopes. Each rider determines his own route and creates his own adventure. For participation, we recommend a medium-hard off road tire for gravel.

Navigation with waypoints

Each participant works out his route as a team or individually to reach the daily goal. Approx. 10 waypoints per riding day are transmitted to each rider as a guide line. These must be approached by all participants, in best case. The daily track`s from basecamp A to the first waypoint and from the last waypoint to the respective basecamp B showen up as a GPX track.

Hotel & Camping

The overnight stay in the hotel in Konjic on the day of arrival and the day before departure is included in the entry fee. During the event, we will stay overnight in selected campsites with electricity and sanitary facilities. The camping fees for the overnight stays are to be paid by the participants on site and are not included in the entry fee. If necessary, there is the possibility to book small mobile homes or rooms on site.

The safety of all riders is our top priority. In the background we try to observe the riders as closely as possible. Every motorcycle is equipped with a GPS tracker on the day of arrival. Our team always tries to stay within reach of the riders field. With the tracker we have the possibility to control the field and to react quickly. A trained Motomedic is in the track and quickly on the spot in case of an emergency.

Support & Transport

In order to offer the participants maximum of riding comfort, we take care of the luggage transport of all participants. With our support vehicle we are well equipped and we bring the luggage from Basecamp to Basecamp. 1 piece of luggage is allowed per participant for transportation. The bag should be compact and well labeled.

Bulky items and loose small parts are not accepted!
